The venue is clean, with unbeatable and marvellous location just off the main train stations, Gare de L'Est and both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The staff are kind and the room was clean with a bath in the bedroom. There is a great selection of supplies like : a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and multi-channel television.

Very decent hotel in the area of two railway stations and yet in quite decent environment (Indo-Pakistani facilities). Buses go from both stations in different directions; slower than subway or RER, but beautiful. The room is spacious enough with almost everything you need. If you didn't come to Paris to sit in your room and watch French television, this is the place to be. Breakfast for 5€ includes fine coffee, a very fresh loaf, croissant and confitures; the same but a little bit more expensive in nearby establishments. There is an elevator in the building. Very good soundproofing - you can't hear the stations or the neighbours. Excellent heating (adjustable battery). For a long stay, it is important that there are laundry services.
There are few sockets in the room, and they are extremely uncomfortable. The hotel website says the hotel has a cafe ("coffee shop"), but this is not the case. There's nowhere to drink tea in the evening. There's no air conditioning, and in summer with the window closed, it's obviously not going to be fun. In the cold season we have to ask the cleaning lady not to open the window all day - it's cold in the evening, we have to warm the room.

Good location, 3min by walk to underground (Gare du Nord) , friendly staff speak English.
The toilet was a little bit stinky, breakfast to small

All staff speak great English, so if you don't know French, there will be no problem here.
From Gare de l'Est you have to walk through Rue d'Alsace, which is very dirty. Also, I had one room with view over the train station, not a very pleasant one. Anyway, the other room we booked was facing the the other side and it was ok.

The gorgeous decor and super comfy beds. Plus, the proximity to Gare du Nord was a huge win for transportation. Highly recommend exploring the little bistro across the road for a real treat.

We spent 6 nights in a Standard Double Room, and loved how comfy the bed and pillows were—best sleep ever! The sauna was also a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. One little downside was that breakfast was just okay, but there are great cafés nearby, so go explore! 😊
